Description:
This project involved the permitting and entitlement of a 9-unit townhouse development on a vacant parcel of land in Stowe, VT. Previously, the site was home to the Miguel's Stowaway Inn and Restaurant before it was torn down. In our design, we drew inspiration from the previous buildings and incorporated a traditional Vermont aesthetic. Prior to commencing construction, the project was sold to another developer who is currently underway with construction. The estimated completion is slated for Winter 2023 to Spring 2024.
