Description:

This project involved the ground-up construction of an energy-efficient condominium building in Jamaica Plain. This green building features three 2 bedroom 2 bath units with ample storage and deeded parking. With a beautiful Victorian design in a striking all-black color pallette, this building was designed with a style and scale to fit perfectly into the existing neighborhood streetscape. This project was our first all-electric building and incorporated ductless heat pump heating systems, heat pump water heaters and EV charging.
