The project
Historic character,
fully reimagined.
A complete renovation gives a 1911 brick building in Jeffries Point a new chapter as six distinctive condominium homes.
Behind the enduring masonry exterior, each residence balances original texture with refined millwork, sculptural lighting, carefully selected stone, and contemporary systems. New private roof decks and a shared outdoor setting make the most of the building's city position.

Considered renovation
Old-world warmth.
Modern precision.
Exposed brick and generous window openings hold onto the building's history, while quartz surfaces, tailored cabinetry, radiant-floor baths, and crisp detailing establish a distinctly modern standard.
Character preserved
The early-twentieth-century brick shell remains the visual anchor, with original texture brought forward inside the homes.
Six distinct homes
Layouts range from one- and two-bedroom residences to expansive penthouses, with private outdoor space in select homes.
City outlook
Private roof decks and elevated interiors turn proximity to downtown Boston into a defining part of the living experience.
