The Parkline transforms the site of a one-story industrial building into twelve carefully composed condominium homes at the meeting point of Jamaica Plain and Roxbury.
One- and two-bedroom layouts are shaped by oversized windows, efficient floorplans, and purposeful outdoor space. The all-electric, Net Zero Ready building pairs a confident contemporary exterior with warm natural materials and a practical set of everyday amenities.
